• Eight inch Ice Cream Cake " Candy Shoppe Style Decoration"
  We start with a thin layer of cake, pile on ice cream, cover with a delicious chocolate fudge on the top, then trim the boarders with frosting leaving the ice cream visible on the sides, drizzle sauce or fudge to complement the flavor choice, and finish with candies, cookies, or fruit. Serves 8-12
   

• Cabot’s Famous Baked Alaska
  made with vanilla and strawberry ice cream on a thin layer of gold cake and topped with meringue browned to a golden color. Serves 8-12

  made with coffee ice cream on a thin layer of chocolate cake and topped with chocolate sauce, Oreo cookies, and covered with cream frosting. Serves 10-12
